Integrasi Sustainable Development Goals dalam Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa Popalia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi nilai-nilai SDGs ke dalam Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa Popalia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif induktif. Analisis induktif merupakan pendekatan yang dimulai dari fakta lapangan, menganalisisnya berdasarkan teori dan argumentasi yang relevan, dan pada akhirnya menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian SDGs ke dalam Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa Popalia telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa. Pada tahap input, partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam menyusun program kerja sudah mencerminkan pendekatan inklusif yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan aspirasi warga. Dari segi output, kemajuan nyata telah dicapai dalam pembangunan infrastruktur desa dan layanan kesehatan, meskipun beberapa program belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Dampak pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa dirasakan positif oleh masyarakat, terutama dalam perbaikan infrastruktur jalan yang meningkatkan akses dan mobilitas. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa integrasi SDGs ke dalam Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa Popalia berhasil menciptakan perubahan yang berdampak pada kualitas hidup masyarakat. Namun, masih ada tantangan yang harus diatasi untuk mencapai kesuksesan yang lebih komprehensif. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan agar Pemerintah Desa Popalia mengintensifkan upaya untuk menyelesaikan program-program Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa yang belum terlaksana, dengan mengutamakan inisiatif yang berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Organisasi masyarakat terkait diharapkan dapat mendukung pemerintah desa melalui kolaborasi dan mobilisasi sumber daya tambahan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan perluasan program yang selaras dengan SDGs. Masyarakat desa juga diimbau untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap tahapan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi, untuk memastikan bahwa inisiatif tersebut selaras dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi mereka. Meningkatkan komunikasi dan koordinasi antar seluruh pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan memaksimalkan dampak positif dari pengintegrasian SDGs ke dalam pengembangan Desa Popalia.
