Sekolah Alam Tondo Lino Ngata Toro: Sebuah Model Pendidikan Inovatif untuk Transformasi Budaya Berkelanjutan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih mendalam proses transformasi budaya melalui sistem pendidikan Sekolah Alam Tondo Lino Ngata Toro. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif induktif. Analisis induktif merupakan pendekatan yang dimulai dari fakta lapangan, menganalisisnya berdasarkan teori dan argumentasi yang relevan, dan pada akhirnya menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Alam Tondo Lino Ngata Toro merupakan inovasi pendidikan yang memadukan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dengan metode pembelajaran interaktif dan experiential. Berangkat dari kebutuhan masyarakat adat Ngata Toro untuk melestarikan budaya mereka di tengah modernisasi, sekolah ini mengadopsi pendekatan pendidikan holistik, memperkaya kurikulum dengan nilai-nilai tradisional dan praktik kearifan lokal. Proses pembelajaran di luar ruangan, yang dirancang untuk melibatkan siswa secara aktif melalui metode belajar sambil bermain, memastikan bahwa mereka memperoleh pengetahuan dan mengembangkan hubungan yang mendalam dengan lingkungan dan komunitasnya. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang berakar pada kearifan lokal dan dilaksanakan melalui pengalaman langsung di alam terbuka dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk transformasi budaya yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan kepada Pemerintah Desa, Lembaga Adat, Tokoh Masyarakat, dan masyarakat adat Ngata Toro untuk terus mendukung dan mengembangkan Sekolah Alam Tondo Lino Ngata Toro. Penguatan kolaborasi antar berbagai pihak diperlukan untuk memperkaya sumber belajar dan menjamin keberlanjutan program ini. Idealnya, sumber daya alam dan kearifan lokal harus dimanfaatkan sebagai aset penting dalam kurikulum dengan memberikan lebih banyak kesempatan belajar di luar ruangan dan memasukkan lebih banyak aspek budaya lokal ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, mengembangkan pelatihan bagi fasilitator dan guru mengenai metode pembelajaran berdasarkan pengalaman dan belajar melalui permainan akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pengalaman belajar bagi siswa. Terakhir, mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program sekolah akan memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan masyarakat serta mendukung transmisi nilai-nilai budaya kepada generasi muda.
